This quaint home in East Palo Alto located near the big tech HQs was fittingly updated to have a smart home appliances and a more modern style. We installed new insulation and replaced the roofing. For the interior, we updated 2 bathrooms with new tiles in the shower area and installed backlit mirrors. For the HVAC, we installed a Nest thermostat control unit. The kitchen cabinets were updated with more modern white cabinetry.
